I really think this is a nice stand, however not sure if will work (strong enough)for a big cake.It is made of some sort of strong paper, and even when it comes semi assembled, I received a BIG box and the stand looks just like a plate inside the package. A nice plate with a foot that appears once I opened the plastic bag.It also weights half apound more than indicated (not sure if the box is the one with the extra weight?)Printings are so lovely I feel no regret because I bought it, but I would have like that somewhere in the product description it indicates something about how the product is made and that it will not look assembled in a box at the moment you get it.I will use for chocolates, even cupcakes. It looks really cute. I am not sure about how will I clean the mess of the toppings, as it is paper. Is this reusable? No idea.
