So I made a cheesecake in this and the first thing I noticed was that the bottom of the pan was too loose and I almost dropped the darn cheesecake all over my tile floor. After spending 5 hours making it, I would have probably hurt someone.The seal is obviously not strong enough and as for being leak-proof, this is a no-brainer. Please do not put your cheesecake in a waterbath, the water will leak through the bottom and ruin it.The lid is nice and I was looking forward to at least using this to tote cookies or something, but the lid is so hard to get off that I ended up tossing the cookies all over the floor trying to pry the lid off while the bottom of the pan came up sideways underneath. Perhaps if they had the same type of seal on the bottom of the pan as they did on the top, I would have been happier!The only good thing about this is that it is non-stick! I had no trouble scraping the soggy cheesecake out of this pan (that was kept on a plate to avoid losing the whole thing.) It would have been nice if the manufacturer had put cleaning instructions on this though, there was no indication as to whether or not it was dishwasher safe. I washed it by hand anyway, but it would be nice to know if I could throw it in the dishwasher if I was in a huge hurry or something.
