I looked at a lot of cheese domes, and this is by far the prettiest one out there. It is so pretty in person. It is the perfect size for a cheese ball or cheese about the size of a CD.

This cake dish is a little smaller than expected as other reviewers have stated. It barely works for our intended purpose, but it is just large enough. My wife and I are very satisfied with the beauty and construction of this lovely dish. We're using it to house some soap sculpted flowers and the display is stunning.As long as you measure your needs accurately and a bit conservatively, this footed plate and dome will satisfy the most discriminating of buyers.

This is a lovely addition to the collection~however, it could be a little larger in order to accommodate a full size cake!
