I bought this stand as a rental stand for my business. The first person to rent it drops a piece while cleaning it and it breaks. Since I had already promised the stand to another customer I had to reorder the stand. The stand gets here just in time for the wedding and this time we keep it taped together to prevent it from cracking again. On the way to the delivery we take off the packaging tape and realize that the legs are broke again! Luckily it was clear and so the tape we used to fix it was not visible but I was embarrassed and upset. Luckily the seller is willing to work with me on replacing part.

Well I finally received my acrylic stand 7 days later than expected I was just relieved to receive my package when I opened it 2 parts are completely broken in half and other pieces had cracks all over them.The box it was received in was not damaged so there for the items were sent damaged. needless to say the stand is unusable waiting to hear from seller. I do expect a full refund including my shipping I paid for and shipping to send this back. will not except anything less and will take this as high as I can go. I have a party for Sunday and this is why I ordered this stand now my clients will be disappointed so there for i'm really upset and will not let this go until Im satisfied.if this was my company I would have over nighted another stand on the first complaint and after the 2nd well then I would have been kissing their butts. If this company took care of me as their client then they would've continued having my business and made good money off of me.. But lesson learned. and there is plenty of competition out there...
